Bernard produced the event piece for the first Wadfest in 2002, and donated items to the auctions in 2002 and 2003. He also produced a special Wadfest Little Brown Envelope, limited to 500, for the 2005 event, and suppling something special for 2006.

For the 2005 auction, Bernard donated a Wincanton – Ankh Morpork Town Twinning First Day Cover which sold for £50. He also allowed members of the forum www.discworldstamps.com/forum to purchase from him, using Green Cabbage Trading Stamps, the rejected paint sample of Ankh Morpork Post Office, which sold for £400

In 2004 Catskind donated the Original Artwork of Dwarf and Troll, designed for the event, which sold for £40. Also donated a Truth Freedom Justice Egg painted by Bernard's Artist, which fell in with her stuff, so Bernard said she could keep! She donated it and it sold for £25

In 2005, Catskind donated the original Vampire and Werewolf Artwork, which sold for £50.

In 2004, David donated the Mounted, Signed and Authenticated Original Sketch and A4 print for the BursarVixen Enterprises Discworld 21st Birthday Beer, which sold for £105

In 2005, We had the spectacular "Remembering Granny Aching" Exclusive Print - with wording "Presented to the WADFEST Charity Auction - Discworld Calendar 2006 - from 'The Wee Free Men' by Terry Pratchett" and signed by the artist. The main image was painted digitally, but all the paraphernalia in the cabinet was sculpted, built or photographed and assembled in the wooden frame. It is unlikely to be available as a print to buy outside of the calendar. It sold for £165.

Clarecraft brought a lot of items to the 2004 event for us. Some of these are being held over, and some were raffled.

In 2004, a DWE13 Magrat in Armour was entered into the auction, selling for £50/

In 2005, we auctioned a 1996 Convention Piece Paint Sample, painted by Rosie, Signed and dated on the back. This sold for £125.   We also auctioned an Early Clarecraft Catalogue - Card folder containing pull out sheets for the following ranges: Pebbles, Boulder Holders, Pine Cones, Nutcases, Apples, Mini Dragons, Hatchlings, Dragons of Character, Faery Dwellings, Enchanted Gardens, Faeries, Privies, Doorways of Mystery and Imagination, Woodland Range, Haunted Trees, Unexpected Hazards, Witches and their Cauldrons, The Legend of Arthur, The Flintmen, The Stylites, Bookends, 5 sheets of Discworld - up to DW26, and Discworld - The Special Edition, featuring the Pewter finish pieces. This fetched £35.

In 2004, Colin Smythe sent us two large boxes of items, many of which will be held over for future events. There were two lots of books in the 2005 raffle.

In the 2005 auction were a UK Proof of Monstrous Regiment (£50) and a UK Proof of Going Postal (£55).

In 2004, Elton, formerly of the Clarecraft Collectors Guild donated a number of items; a 1998 Discworld Convention Mug, a 1998 Discworld Convention Troll, CCDE2000 T-Shirt, a Death and Mort on Binky T-shirt and Men At Arms - The Play - Stephen Briggs adaptation. These items sold for a total of £73

In 2004, Millennia Marketing were incredibly generous, donating 6 Thud retail sets, Nac Mac Feegles Set No'd 399 and Portrait Heads, Set No'd 399. These sold for a total of £470

In 2005, we received 2 bronze Feegles, which sold for £150, along with 12 Thud sets. 6 of these were raffled, and 6 were auctioned, selling for £30 each, at combined total of £300

In 2004, Joe Pattison donated his Death's Head Walking Stick Prototype, signed on the stick. Production versions did not have black cowl, and the blue stones for the prototypes eyes were rounded. Joe requested a reserve of £40, which was bid past in a matter of seconds, eventually being sold for £310

On Sunday August 22 nd , in the bar at the convention, Graham drew a piece of original art of a dwarf and a troll in Koom Valley . This was bought by unohoo for Sue, as a first wedding anniversary present, following their wedding at Wadfest 2003, for £130

In 2005, David sent a piece of non-Discworld original art. This sold for £35.

In 2004, the Tigers donated a pair of tickets for the annual star studded "Leicester Tigers vs The Barbarians" match, on March 18th 2005 , which were bought for £70. The game and the evening following were thoroughly enjoyed by the winners

On a trip to Market Harborough in 2004, unohoo cornered the manager of the store. She gave in to his charms and donated a Night Watch Hardback Signed First Edition, which went for £35

Rob and Sandra produced two unique T-shirts for us. "Feel The Wad, Taste The Fest - Wadfest 2004" Unique T-Shirt sold for £25, and a Feegles Running T-shirt with "Wadfest 2004" beneath the logo, on a material colour not used on any Kidby T-shirts before sold for £30

In 2005, those lovely people produced a few items for us. Firstly, they produced 2 Wadfest 2005 Mug and Coaster sets, one of which was raffled, one of which sold for £70. Next was a Wadfest 2005 Special Constable T-Shirt, which sold for £40. Then there was the Red Wadfest Field Post Office Post Bag, going for £65. The also donated a Wadfest personalized signed Thud Proof which sold for £100.
