When your tickets arrive, please note the shield at the top of the ticket, this denotes what house you will be in, your house password will also be on your ticket. We will keep tickets booked at the same time in the same house whenever possible.
 Houses are allocated on a whatever the next house is basis, so please do not ask for a specific house.
